About the company

IntraPhone is a multinational group of companies with operations in Sweden and The Netherlands. The mother company, IntraPhone International BV, is situated in Amsterdam. IntraPhone's Swedish part, IntraPhone AB, is situated in Malmö and here is also the groups development company IntraPhone IT AB situated. IntraPhone IT AB is responsible for developing and hosting the IntraPhone service. The Dutch part of the operation is run by IntraPhone Netherlands BV.

Background

IntraPhone started in Sweden in 2001, but the idea behind the service is older than that. It was bourn from a need to improve the means of communication and documentation within home care. Already from start the intended users of the system has taken an active part in the design.

Early on it was obvious that integerations to the customer's other IT systems is needed to get the most benefit out of IntraPhone. During 2003 the work of integrating against Tieto's system Procapita was initiated. Tieto has since 2004 been a reseller and strategic partner of IntraPhone.

They year 2006 IntraPhone took the step into the Dutch market. IntraPhone Netherlands BV was formed.

In 2008 IntraPhone IT AB formed with the intention to within the IntraPhone group of companies run the hosting and development of the IntraPhone service. The developers that previously was rented in as consultants from external companies is today a permanent part of the IntraPhone family. Through this a productive environment was formed that that will be able to handle our customers challences also in the future.

Today IntraPhone has around 20 employees, the majority at the Malmö office at IntraPhone AB and IntraPhone IT AB. The management of the group with CEO Martin Bijleveld at the top is situated in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

IntraPhone mainly operated by creating strategic partnerships with market leading providers in the countries where IntraPhone is located. Our goal is to thereby be able to deliver a well functional and fully integrated solution to our joint customers.
